To only import personal items, turn off 'Import items in shared folders'. If you’re importing personal data, choose the Personal or Private vault. Choose the vault you want to import your data into. Master Password recovery is not applicable for UW-Madison LastPass Enterprise accounts using NetID Login. I've also tried to delete my account in hopes that I can just start fresh, but the account deleting process seems to be broken. Click your name in the top right and choose Import, then click LastPass. You will need to re-save your passwords and secure notes. This will preserve your LastPass account, but erase the contents of your LastPass Vault. You can continue to use LastPass until the end of your service. ![]() If you are unable to recover your LastPass Master Password using self-service recovery options and you are a UW-Madison LastPass Enterprise user, contact the DoIT Help Desk to request a Master Password reset. A new window will appear, prompting you to type in the email address associated with your account. Click on Advanced Options on the sidebar, then choose Export. Log into LastPass and cancel your account from the settings menu.
