However, the associate was not aware of ever seeing straps for the tool box. I spoke with the Home Depot associate and explained about how the tool box I bought in 2019 had straps, and I asked if maybe the straps had simply not been installed in some step along the way, for example the in-store assembly just prior to purchase. However, when I picked up the box this time, the straps were again missing!
